After completing your studies in Finland, you can apply for a a residence permit to look for work or to start a business. This permit allows you to stay in Finland and search for work or start a business.
Permit Name: Job-Seeking or Entrepreneurship Permit
Duration: Up to 2 years (as of April 15, 2022)
When to Apply: Immediately after graduation, while your student permit is still valid
Fee: €530 online / €580 paper - You can apply for a residence permit with this application also if you already have a job but you do not earn enough to be issued with a residence permit on the basis of work.
Documents: 1. a degree certificate 1. documentation of sufficient financial resources(atleast€800/month), you can make in three parts too.

- Complete your degree program from a Finnish university or UAS.
- Apply immedietely after graduation or 1 month before graduation-: Apply before your current permit exprires.
- If you dont have Job select- "Residence permit to look for work or to start a business: If you have job "Residence permit on the basis of work" .
- Apply online at Enter Finland- Check the above link for application type.
- Attach required documents: diploma, passport, health insurance, funds proof, work contract.
